ABOUT
Welcome to the farm.
Champion K9 Care is an all-age doggy daycare facility, focusing on the younger dogs and puppies, located at New Life Farm in Windham, ME.
Our homestead here at New Life Farm has become the perfect setting for our daycare. The spacious and fenced-in, 2-acre outdoor space allows for optimal playtime and exercise for our furry friends! Dogs are taken outside several times per day to stretch their legs, do their business, play ball, and socialize with their doggie friends!
This is truly a family business as our entire family is involved. Tina and Abby (finishing degree in Animal Sciences at Unity College) are the primary caregivers, however Michael is very involved. Even Andrew drops his Labrador off every day and takes time to visit with the pups. Our team’s expertise with handling, training, and loving dogs is what makes our daycare such a great place for your best friend(s) when they can’t be with you.
When your pup(s) are inside they are in a climate controlled facility so on the hottest or coldest days of the year they are comfortable.
“Our clients often comment about how excited their pup gets when they make the turn down the road to our place. We love the family connections we have with our dog families and their pets.”

Why Choose Us
First Class Care
As lifelong farmers, dog-breeders, and trainers dogs are an extension of our family. We understand how dogs operate, how best to socialize them with other dogs, and most of all we love them all.
Plenty of Play
Our fenced-in property allows for ideal outdoor play for all of our guests! There is plenty of room to sprint, play ball, chase your tail, and socialize.
"Training" Focus
We focus on socialization and proper pack etiquette here at the daycare. When there are this many dogs together you HAVE to understand and know dog behavior and mannerisms. We regularly study dog behavior trainers and pay special attention to how we introduce a new pup to our pack. Dog etiquette is important, it is critical to understand dog language and what behaviors to look for. Although we are not formally training the dogs they do learn basic manners. Our goal is to provide our pup owners with a place they know is safe as well as an enjoyable place for their pups/dogs to come.
